Congressional Delegation Shifted To A Republican Majority

The makeup of North Carolina’s congressional delegation shifted to a Republican majority after key House seat gains by Richard Hudson in District 8 and George Holding in District 13. Seven Democrats and six Republicans won North Carolina’s 13 congressional races in 2008.
