‘Enough to kill everyone in Nash County,’ 2 kilograms of meth, heroin laced with fentanyl seized in traffic stop

According to Sheriff Keith Stone, the interdiction task force made a traffic stop in Nash County, where they seized two kilograms of drugs.

The drugs, which were wrapped in a plastic trash bag, were seized from a black pickup truck that was stopped along U.S. Highway 264.

Deputies arrested 38-year-old Miguel Canela after the bust.

The drugs are being sent to a state lab, but early indications showed the drugs were heroin and methamphetamine, both laced with fentanyl.

Stone oversaw the preliminary testing process to see what was at the bust in this particular case.

"I’m not surprised," Stone said. "I see heroin. I see cocaine. All of it’s being laced with fentanyl now."

According to Stone, the amount of fentanyl seized was "enough to kill everyone in Nash County."

Because of the amount of fentanyl seized, Stone said the bust saved several lives.

"When you stop that drug on the highway and it does not get into the community and it doesn’t get into a family member or anybody’s hands, it’s a success," Stone said.

Canela is being held on $3 million bond and facing several drug trafficking charges. (Source)

On Wednesday June 8, 2022 Sheriff Clee Atkinson (Democrat) Edgecombe County & Sheriff Keith Stone (Republican) Nash County invited Pastors, Ministers And Community Leaders to a Luncheon/Question Sit Down at The Prime Smokehouse in Rocky Mount NC.

I can truly speak for myself because I can call them up anytime day and night for folk who need their service. See I am a good guy and stay out of trouble. When it comes to keeping order and keeping me safe and being accessible I ain’t got time to worry about what party these guys are affiliated with.

I wish I had videoed the luncheon.

See photos that I shared from the luncheon.

25 Individuals Charged in Rocky Mount Cigarette Smuggling and Money Laundering Operation

Department of Justice

U.S. Attorney’s Office

Eastern District of North Carolina

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Friday, November 5, 2021

25 Individuals Charged in Rocky Mount Cigarette Smuggling and Money Laundering Operation

RALEIGH – G. Norman Acker III, Acting United States Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina announced today that on October 20, 2021, a federal grand jury sitting in the Eastern District of North Carolina returned a sealed, twelve-count indictment charging 24 individuals with a scheme to defraud the federal government, the State of North Carolina, the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, and the Commonwealth of Virginia, of millions of dollars in tax revenues from the sale of cigarettes.

This investigation is an effort to end large scale tax fraud and to hold these defendants accountable for the millions in lost tax revenue as the result of their illegal scheme.  The individuals charged are:

  • Bahjet Shaher Ahmed Dari, 58
  • Shaher Bahjat Dari, a/k/a “Boo”, 32
  • Hashem Faraj Hatu, 30
  • Tamara Delilah Richardson, 27
  • Bismillah Barak, 38
  • Khalid Naser Hizan, 23
  • Jymonica Arnez Gorham, 29
  • Adam Husam Salem, 21
  • Husam Khaled Salem, 60
  • Shelton Dewain Tenor, a/k/a “DC”, 50
  • Sierra Nicole Strickland, 28
  • Noe De Jesus Vega, 45
  • Jermaine Tyrell Underhill, 28
  • Sameer Mohammad Dari, 53
  • Ali Osama Dari, 22
  • Anastasia Chante Harrison, 29
  • Leandro Alberto De Los Angeles-Perez, 43
  • Amer Mohammed Zughbi, a/k/a “Amer Mohammad Zughbi”, 21
  • Toribio Antonio Perez, 55
  • Francisco Odalis Perez, 37
  • Jason Peralta, 22
  • Ahmad Awni Said Marzouq, 35
  • Abdulla Mohamed Aezah, 30
  • Alicia Walker, a/k/a “Alicia Mendez,” 44

The defendants were arrested yesterday and will be presented before U.S. Magistrate Judge Robert T. Numbers today.  U.S. District Judge James C. Dever III presides over the case.

In Count One, the grand jury alleges that the 24 individuals listed in the indictment, had been engaged in a conspiracy, beginning in May of 2021 and continuing until at least the time the indictment was returned, to ship, transport, receive, possess, sell, distribute and purchase cigarettes, in quantities exceeding 10,000 cigarettes (as required by the relevant statute), which bore no evidence of the payment of applicable State or local cigarette taxes in the state and locality where they were found.  The object of the conspiracy was to profit from the purchase of cigarettes with cash in North Carolina, drive those cigarettes to the northeast, and sell them without paying the applicable sales tax.  This is all alleged to be in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2342 (a) (which prohibits the trafficking in contraband cigarettes and smokeless tobacco) and Title 18, United States Code, Section 371, the general conspiracy statute.

It is alleged in the indictment that members of the conspiracy would repeatedly purchase large quantities of cigarettes from wholesale cigarette outlets in Rocky Mount and Wilson, and then transport those quantities of cigarettes to storage locations for future shipment to Virginia, New Jersey, and New York.  After purchasing the cigarettes from the wholesalers, members of the conspiracy would then prepare for transporting the cigarettes to the northeast by using large vehicles and cross into the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Counts Two through Eight allege seven specific instances where the individual(s) named in those counts (and who were part of the conspiracy charged in Count One) knowingly shipped, transported, received, possessed, or aided and abetted contraband cigarettes (in amounts greater than 10,000) which bore no evidence of the payment of applicable state cigarette taxes in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Each of these instances is alleged to be in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2342(a), as well.

Count Nine alleges that all 24 defendants were engaged in a conspiracy to launder money in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1956(h).  In this count, the grand jury alleges that members of the conspiracy (a) conducted and attempted to conduct financial transaction affecting interstate commerce which involved the proceeds of specified unlawful activity, that is, cigarette trafficking, with the intent to further the goals of that crime, and that they knew that the property involved in the crime was in fact the proceeds of some form of unlawful activity; and (b) that while they conducted or attempted to conduct the specified unlawful activity – again, cigarette trafficking –the transactions were designed in whole or in part to conceal and disguise the nature, location, source, ownership and control of the proceeds of the unlawful activity.  So, in sum, the money laundering conspiracy count alleges that the members of the conspiracy were trying to either further the goals of the crime or to conceal the crime by using the proceeds of the crime in some way or do both those things.

Count Ten alleges that Shaher Bahjat Dari, a/k/a “Boo Boo,” an alien illegally and unlawfully in the United States, possessed a firearm and ammunition.

Count Eleven alleges that Shaher Bahjat Dari, a/k/a “Boo Boo,” possessed with intent to distribute more than fifty (50) kilograms of marijuana.

Count Twelve alleges that Tamara Delilah Richardson possessed with intent to distribute a quantity of marijuana.

If convicted of Count One, the general conspiracy to traffic in contraband cigarettes, each defendant faces up to five years in federal prison and fines of up to $250,000 or both. If convicted of Counts Two through Eight, each defendant named therein faces up to five years in federal prison and fines of up to $250,000. If the defendants are convicted of money laundering as alleged in Count Nine, they each face up to 20 years imprisonment, a $500,000 fine or twice the value of the property involved in the transaction, whichever is greater, or both. In Count Ten, the defendant faces up to 10 years imprisonment, a $250,000 fine or both. In Count Eleven, the defendant faces up to 20 years imprisonment, $250,000 fine or both. In Count Twelve, the defendant faces up to 5 years imprisonment, $250,000 fine or both.

In addition, the grand jury included a forfeiture notice in the indictment.  That section of the indictment provides notice to each defendant that the items of property listed in that notice, and any other property which is the proceeds of or involved in the crime, is forfeitable to the United States.  The forfeiture notice includes approximately 10,000 cartons of cigarettes, $440,000 in U.S. currency and vehicles that were seized during the investigation.

Further, on November 5, 2021, Wasim Bahgat Dari, 30, will be presented for an initial appearance based on a criminal complaint filed today charging him with trafficking in contraband cigarettes, conspiracy to traffic in contraband cigarettes and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

G. Norman Acker, III, Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina said “North Carolina continues to be a target for cigarette trafficking organizations to take advantage of North Carolina as a source of supply of untaxed cigarettes. Any criminal activity that primarily conducts its illicit business with bulk cash, is susceptible to violent crimes occurring in those communities, can attract sophisticated and organized criminal groups, and could be a source of funding for terrorists.  This office will continue to aggressively prosecute those organizations that are travelling to or are operating in the Eastern District.”

“Dari’s scheme to launder money and sell contraband cigarettes has gone up in smoke and he will have to answer for his crimes,” said Special Agent In Charge Ronnie Martinez, who oversees Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) operations in North Carolina and South Carolina. “Disrupting and dismantling criminal organizations is a priority for HSI and we will continue to find, arrest and prosecute these criminals.”

“Yesterday morning, Deputy United States Marshals from the Eastern District of North Carolina, and the Carolinas Regional Fugitive Task Force assisted Homeland Security Investigators, Nash County Sheriff’s Office Detectives and other state and local law enforcement officers in the simultaneous arrest of 22 individuals on federal charges.  The coordinated arrests occurred in Nash County and surrounding areas, as well as in NY, FL & PA,” commented United States Marshal Michael East.  “The arrests were the culmination of extensive investigative work by HSI, the Nash County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina.  The United States Marshals Service is always willing to assist our federal, state and local partners in the apprehension of criminal suspects and fugitives.”

Nash County Sheriff Keith Stone stated, “This is a perfect example of well-trained law enforcement officers partnering with federal authorities for safer communities. With this case, it’s more than drug cigarette smuggling, it includes acts of violence. This is just another example of organized crime.”

"Edgecombe County Sheriff’s Office prides itself on working with federal, state and, local partnerships to ensure our county and surrounding areas are safe and we will continue that relationship," commented Sheriff Clee Atkinson.

This case is being investigated by Homeland Security Investigations, Nash County Sheriff’s Office, Edgecombe County Sheriff’s Office, United States Marshals Service, and the Henrico County, Virginia Sheriff’s Office.

Related court documents and information are located on the website of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina or on PACER by searching for Case No. 5:21-CR-394.

An indictment is merely an accusation. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Nash sheriff launches re-election campaign

Nash County Sheriff Keith Stone kicked off his re-election campaign Thursday night during a fundraising dinner in the Business and Industry Center at Nash Community College.

“We are going to give it another go — 110 percent. We have never let off since the day we started,” Stone told the Telegram before the dinner.

Stone has served as sheriff for nearly eight years and plans to file to run for the next four years when the filing period opens on Dec. 6. So far, no Republican has stated plans to run against him, so Stone may avoid a contest during the March primary.

However, he will likely face a Democratic opponent in November 2022 as Maj. David Brake, who retired from the sheriff’s office after 30 years of service, announced his plans to run for sheriff in June.

At Thursday’s meeting, Stone had plenty of support from some other sheriffs, three of whom spoke in support of his candidacy.

Craven County Sheriff Chip Hughes said he respects Stone’s guidance and views Stone as a mentor.

“Y’all are blessed to have this man here,” Hughes said. “This is not an easy job.” (Read more)

Nash County Commissioner Chair Robbie B. Davis Need To Resign

It is sad the Nash County Chair Robbie B. Davis posted a comment on the Nash County Sheriff Office Facebook page in response to Sheriff Steve Stone Office arresting Elaine Fields Finkley after she had absconded from their E.M.P.A.C.T. (Electronic Monitoring Protection and Crime Tracking) system.

Robbie’s comment was, “They were able to find her because of the Vaccine Shot.”

It is a damn shame that when folk are finding all kinds of excuses to not take the vaccine shot that he would make that statement. But on top of being a public official he oversees the Sheriff Office. Well we all know it is a fact that he gave Sheriff Keith Stone hell when he was trying to get more funding to repair the Nash County Jail. He went as far as to limit the Sheriff spending power until he finally lifted the limit.

The post said, “The Nash County Sheriff’s Office tracked Finkley to Charlotte, NC where she fled after she cut off her ankle monitor. Deputies of the NCSO found Finkley and a companion walking down the street and approached Finkley and her companion.”

The post goes on to say, “A special thank you to Wake County Sheriff Gerald M. Baker and the tremendous assistance by the Wake County Sheriff’s Office CAAT Team.”

But I believe that Robbie could have spoken to Sheriff Stone and asked him for more specifics instead of putting out information that may not be true as to how they found her.

Because I know Robbie it is my ignant opinion that Robbie’s response is racist because during this time some places are giving out vaccine shots and one could receive a cash reward.

Some folk took Robbie’s response as a joke but I find it offensive since she is a Black female and also as a jab at Sheriff Keith Stone. Sheriff Stone and his Office do not need to have to continue to put up with this guy’s unwarranted and definitely not needed criticism.

How much more are the citizens of Nash County going to allow Robbie B. Davis to get away with?

I’ll wait!

We also want to take this opportunity to thank Sheriff Clee Atkinson Jr. along with the Edgecombe County Sheriff’s Office for allowing use of their assets to assist in this investigation.

Nash County Sheriff Keith Stone & Edgecombe County Sheriff Cleveland Clee Atkinson Met With Ministerial Alliance & Community Leaders

Nash County Sheriff Keith Stone and Edgecombe County Sheriff Cleveland Clee Atkinson met with a local Ministerial Alliance and some community leaders. Both Sheriffs are up for re-election in 2022 and both plan to continue serving their counties but not limited to. Rocky Mount is split into two counties because they are divided by the railroad tracks downtown Rocky Mount. Both responded to questions about how not only the two offices can work together but also how they can work together with the pastors and community leaders to make a difference in our communities. What the Ministerial Alliance and the community leaders must understand is they have to have a relationship with the Sheriffs in order to be partners. I am so glad that I have had that relationship with both of them dating back to before they became Sheriffs. I can call them anytime of the day and night and they will pick up their phones. My resources are awesome and yours can be to. Get a relationship with your Sheriffs and you will be glad that you did.

I arrived at the meeting after it was over because my dad had a doctor’s appointment in Greenville this morning. I was able to catch some of the meeting from Facebook Live via Pastor Keith Moore.

Suspect in deputy’s shooting faces multiple charges

A month has passed since a Nash County deputy and his alleged shooter were both hospitalized for multiple gunshot wounds after a traffic stop on I-95 escalated into a gunfight.

The suspect, Jarred Javon Ford, 33, has since been released from Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, where he was treated for his injuries, and has been placed in the Central Prison Medical Ward in Raleigh awaiting a court date. Ford is being held under a $1,500,000 secured bond.

Ford’s situation stems from an incident on Feb. 4 on Interstate 95 southbound at mile-marker 144.5 near Gold Rock. Nash County Deputy Shelby Smith was working traffic as part of the Nash County Criminal Interdiction Unit when she initiated a traffic stop on a 2008 Mercedes Benz with Florida tags because the driver was traveling at an excessive rate of speed.

At a news conference that day, Nash County Sheriff Keith Stone said that Smith had planned to issue a warning citation but noticed that Smith’s license had been revoked and that other “criminal activity was afoot.”

Nash County Sheriff Keith Stone Give Update On Deputy Shot During Traffic Stop

Pandemic dominates Nash County operations

The Political Agitator’s response: Remember when Robbie Davis Chair Nash County Commissioners gave Sheriff Keith Stone hell about asking for funds for upgrading the Detention Center. Finally Davis came around and they began to start the process of upgrading the much needed facility.

Issues with the Nash County Detention Center dominated the headlines in Nash County for much of the first quarter of 2020.

The year began with the Nash County Detention Center already under a cloud as the state had demanded that most of the inmates at the facility be moved until needed repairs could be made.

With the cost of rehousing these inmates costing the county roughly $11,000 a day, emotions ran high as Nash County officials and Nash County Sheriff’s Office officials debated who was at fault for the problems and how they could best be corrected.

At the beginning of March, county commissioners voted to approve $500,000 in more funding for immediate improvements to the detention center, bringing the total amount of funds committed to the improvement of the detention center to $1,064,351 for the 2019-20 fiscal year.

The long-awaited Mosely report about the jail was released in March. The report included analysis of the immediate and projected long-term needs of the detention facility and suggested options for meeting those needs.

By mid-March, the crisis was on its way to being resolved as county commissioners voted unanimously to move ahead with a massive renovation plan at the jail with a projected cost of roughly $10.5 million.

The jail issue was resolved just in time for Nash County to face its next major crisis — the COVID-19 pandemic that affected local, state and federal governments for much of the year. (Read more)

Nash County – Damn I Was Shocked To See Sheriff Keith Stone Come On My TV Saying He Will Not Enforce Masks While I Work In Nash County

So now I see why a co-worker said to me today that he didn’t think Nash County was not going to enforce the Mask thing. I said that is crazy. He said it is political. I said really. He said folk making it political. I said it is about being safe. He said it is political because they want to make us wear chips. I said what does that have to do with a mask?

Wow I just seen a news flash WRAL was going to come back and talk to Keith Stone about he was not going to enforce wearing a mask. So now I see what the co-worker was talking about.

When Stone came back they even talked about he had posted a statement on his Facebook Page. Now let me go over there as I type to see it.

Damn the plot thickens as I read what the following post. Obviously my co-worker had seen this however he probably had not but I probably know who told him.

Nash County Sheriff’s Office

8 hrs ·

We are getting questions about the enforcement of the mask mandate from the Governor. We will not be issuing citations to individuals for not wearing a mask. As you can see in the picture, as part of the Executive Order, law enforcement will not be enforcing the order on individuals, but only has the authority to enforce it on businesses.

Sheriff Stone has made it clear that unless there are some extenuating circumstances, we will not enforcing the mask order at all. He believes that each individual should make that choice depending on what their situations are. If you choose to wear a mask, then do so. If you choose not, then don’t.

“We’re not out patrolling looking for people with masks on,” Stone said. “What we’re doing is the same thing we did before this epidemic, is fight gangs, guns and drugs.”

Damn I just don’t get it, who expect the Sheriff Office to just patrol folk who don’t wear masks. I expect the Sheriff Office to to do their job be it all the above and more and to respect authority being our Governor/Legislators.

The Political Agitator’s response: Now I find this to be disrespectful to authority being the Office of the Governor Roy Cooper Stone saying that he will not be enforcing the mask order at all. I have an issue with it because I work in Nash County and stop by gas stations, eateries and etc. But what I will not do is shop where places are not following the order. Stone it ain’t about what you believe because you only have control over what you believe your employees should do to comply with your expectations. Our my and your Democratic Governor is the one with the authority to make the call and anyone who disrespects his office should be handled accordingly per the Governor’s Office.

But actually most businesses and restaurants are in the city limits so therefore it should be the local police departments that should receive calls. Funny have not heard any local police departments speak to the issue on will they enforce the order.

Robin Williams Braswell Some of the comments on this thread ‍♀️ The Executive Order is directed towards the businesses not the individual. The business is expected to enforce it with their employees and patrons. If someone doesn’t comply and is asked to leave then law enforcement can be called for trespassing, not for not wearing a mask. Law Enforcement has enough on their hands without people thinking they can call 911 because someone isn’t wearing a mask. Their oath of office is to support and maintain the constitution and laws of the United States and of North Carolina. Once again, my statements have nothing to do with how I feel about wearing a mask.

The Political Agitator’s response: But Robin one should not call Law Enforcement unless it is to report businesses that do not comply and that is the whole point. So are you saying that the only laws that are suppose to be enforced are the ones in the constitution because I think it would be ludicrous to think that all laws are in the constitution. However you statement should have something to do with how you feel about wearing a mask because that is your constitutional right freedom of speech and also you are in Nash County from time to time and you ought to be concerned about folk wearing mask. So are you only concerned about the Governor not wearing a mask when he come on TV to do a Press Conference? But I have not seen you respond to the posts I have responded to when Tarboro Police Department continue to be in photo ops especially with little Black Boys and there were/are no social distancing nor anyone wear a mask. But you liked those photo-ops my friend. Also Van Holland is always posting mess about the Governor not wearing a mask and just disrespecting him just sad.

Damn to have to wake up and go to work in Nash County everyday to know that the Top Law Enforcement in the County is promoting disrespecting our Governor makes me think about things and folk a whole lot different.

Nash County NC – Sheriff Keith Stone Office Addresses The Jail Facilities Issues To The Nash County Commissioners

Sheriff Captain Allen Wilson gives update on the Nash County Jail. After watching Captain Wilson give report this was hard to believe that the jail is in this type of condition that is not good for the inmates nor the staff. This is a damn shame and should be an embarrassment to all of Nash County Citizens. It is more of an embarrassment that Robbie Davis Chair and the entire Board of Nash County Commissioners have attempted to make it Sheriff Keith Stone and his Office the problem here. It is amazing that anyone is working at the jail under these conditions so obviously they must love their job and evidently Sheriff Stone is a good person to work for. From what I know, I support Sheriff Keith Stone and the Sheriff Office. I hate the  have had to endure this attention however I would hope that Robbie Davis and the commissioners would apologize to you and be willing to listen to what they need to know from first hand experience.

What Is The Real Motive Of Robbie Davis Nash Chair County Commissioners & The Other Commissioners?

Why would the Nash County Commissioners strip the top elected official in the county Sheriff Keith Stone from doing what the people elected him to do? He was elected to carry out the duties of the Nash County Sheriff Office.

The Nash County Commissioners can not fire the Sheriff but they can take away the finances since the office operates from county funds.

Sheriff Keith Stone has been seeking help to deal with concerns he has with the county jail and obviously the commissioners didn’t think it was that serious until the state stepped in and made some demands.

Instead of the commissioners having emergency meetings with the Sheriff Office trying to see what can be done, it is obvious the commissioners are worried about the public knowing about the issues. The jail has been in the news recently due to the conditions fire, escapes and other.

Nash County always talking about they don’t want to raise taxes but look at the issues they are facing with the school system and the jail.

But what tickles me is that Robbie Davis Republican is trying to silence Sheriff Keith Stone Republican but he has been a vocal piece in the movement that has been criticizing Rocky Mount City Government especially Black Leadership. It appears that the commissioners have an issue with Black folk in leadership and also Black folk in the jail because I am quite sure that the majority of them are Black.

Nash County citizens ought to be outraged about the actions of the commissioners because they have stripped the Sheriff of his financial status as if the problem is because of spending and not because of facility issues.

I am having a problem with the Democratic Commissioners because I just don’t understand how they are supportive of the Republican politics being played.

It appears that the Sheriff Office had no real input in what the commissioners have put in place and I strongly feel that is a real problem.

I totally agree with Sheriff Stone, “Mr. Davis has an unlimited contractor’s license, which means he can build anything from a bird house to the White House. I can’t believe he considers these acceptable solutions. We need to work together to solve these issues and create a safe environment for inmates, employees and citizens,” Stone said.”

Republican Chair Nash County Commissioner Robbie Davis Takes Financial Resources From Republican Sheriff Keith Stone

This is a damn shame Robbie Davis and his flunky Commissioners have chosen to fight the highest Elected Official in the county over a problem he didn’t create. Hell this is the same crew that ran the first Black Superintendent of Nash County Schools out of town. I could not believe what I was seeing on TV last night when Robbie Davis was on but then again when you know them it makes all the difference. Damn shame! But the sad part is the Democrats on the board Fred Belfield Jr., Lou Richardson and Mary Wells are supporting Robbie’s agenda on anything he does. The Commissioners don’t want to raise taxes so they can say they don’t have a high tax rate like Edgecombe County. But by not raising taxes look at how the schools and the jail have gone underfunded. Rocky Mount Concerned Citizens, LoveRockyMount, Fighting Crime, WHIG-TV owned by Robbie Davis are not calling out Davis and crew. But these same Nash County folk have no problem with calling out Rocky Mount City Manager, City Council and other Black Folk in leadership.

Video/Photos: Rocky Mount Chamber Of Commerce 2019 Legislative Forum Featuring Chief George Robinson Rocky Mount Police Department, Sheriff Steve Stone And Sheriff Cleveland Clee Atkinson Was Held This Week

The Rocky Mount Chamber of Commerce held an awesome Legislative Forum bringing Chief George Robinson, Sheriff Keith Stone Nash County Sheriff Office and Sheriff Cleveland Clee Atkinson Edgecombe County to one location giving the community the opportunity to meet the new Chief and to hear about their partnership. These 3 men have pledged to continue to work together as partners to clean up crime. As Sheriff Stone put it, look at their solvability rate.

I get so sick and tired of folk asking what law enforcement could do better but never talk about what the community can do better. Without the community involvement to help them solve crimes faster, then it makes their jobs harder and stressful because they want to do their job but the community will not share information. If the community would join in on the partnership the better off the Twin Counties would be.

If you see these awesome guy, tell them you seen them on The DCN.
