Do The Law Enforcement Within The Twin Counties Top Leadership Have A Good Relationship?

Law Enforcement working together should not be the topic of discussion they should have each other back no matter where they work so they can go home safe.

But I am trying to see something because I see and hear a lot of things and what I have not seen and do not hear about is top leadership working together but maybe I have missed something.

When there are drug buys and other crimes that takes different departments working together, they better work together so everybody can go home safe.

The deputies and polices work together but what kind of relationship does the top leadership have such as the Edgecombe County Sheriff, Nash County Sheriff, Rocky Mount Police Chief, Tarboro Police Chief and others within Edgecombe and Nash Counties.

So Does Steve Cederberg Really Live In Rocky Mount? Mayor Sandy Roberson Had Submitted His Name For The Planning Board Appointment

Mayor Sandy Roberson had submitted Steve Cederberg for an appointment to the Rocky Mount City Council Planning Councilman Andre Knight questioned the Mayor why would he do that when Steve was always going after the council.

Sources say Cederberg do not live in Rocky Mount.

When I do a Voters Search with the NC Board of Elections I get the following response: No Results Found

Steve Cederberg and the likes are the same folk that complain that I don’t live in Rocky Mount but I have family there. I have worked in Rocky Mount for 35 years. I am an Edgecombe County Precinct Chair, serve on the Edgecombe County Democratic Party Executive Committee, NC Democratic Party State Executive Committee, African American Caucus of the NC State Democratic Party and more. I have been a member of the Rocky Mount Branch NAACP as a Vice President/Executive Committee since joining in 1992. I am a Life Fully Paid Member and I am the Legal Redress Chair.

I have put in the time and I ain’t scared to speak out as a Strong God-Fearing Black Man but that is a problem for some White folk and some Black also.

Steve Cederberg Says Where Is The Community Meeting From Our Pastors And City Leaders To Discuss The Epidemic?

First of all racist Steve Cederberg, Rocky Mount is still a wonderful place to raise a family because it is happening everyday. You said atleast 30 years ago. So this council has been a Black majority since around 2003, talk about who were in place at that time and what happened.

Where was the equity and inclusion before this council? I know that there has been more transparency since this council than any I know of. I have been attending the meetings since the late 80’s. I don’t remember you Steve Cederberg coming to the meetings and/or being vocal about the until around maybe 2 years ago.

Obviously because Black folk ain’t talking about people getting shot and killed in the streets on Rocky Mount Concerned Citizens and Fighting Crime, he don’t think Black folk are talking about it.

Wow! Steve you say, “Where is the Community Meeting from our Pastors and City Leaders to discuss the Epidemic?” So who are the Pastors you speak of? Are you talking about Black and White Pastors? Steve so what do you mean by it does not fit the narrative?

Steve my question is why do Rocky Mount Concerned Citizens and Fighting Crime allow you to post half-trues? Oh because obviously you are saying what they want to hear and probably what y’all talk about off line.

But I just posted this morning why do Black folk allow you to say mess on Fighting Crime and Rocky Mount Concerned Citizens and do not respond to you. Fighting Crime got me blocked from being able to comment. Rocky Mount Concerned Citizens got me blocked so I can’t see their page. I responded to their mess years ago so they silenced me on their pages but they follow me faithfully and try to discredit me.

I guess Steve Cederberg you are the official spokesperson for the Rocky Mount Concerned Citizens and Fighting Crime haters of Black folk and the Black Community.

It Is A Damn Shame That The Racist Continue With Their Daily Mess But They Got Black Folk Ear So Why Do You Think They Going To Stop Now?

I just don’t understand how Black folk continue to be a member of Rocky Mount Concerned Citizens and not respond to the haters. I was blocked from the page around 4 – 5 years ago because I responded to their mess.

It is sad that the hate is displayed daily but the sad part is they do it because they have so many Black folk that are a member of the page and they got their ear. Not only do they have their ear but Black folk share their mess which promotes their mess.

It is funny as hell that I never get screenshots from these racist talking about White elected officials and White leaders. Someone mentioned to me that when Mayor Sandy Roberson had a medical attention that it was not publicized. But I say did Black folk talk about it? Why do you expect White folk to talk about White folk, where do they do that at?

Sad when a man is dealing with a serious incident and the haters are still coming for him. But for me those who are not saying anything are part of the problem.

Oh they talk about me on the racist page but I love it! They try to silence me by trying to discredit me hoping Black folk will fall for it and some does but I am good!

Don’t you Black folk ever wonder why the haters are not talking about issues in Nashville where many of them live and also across the Twin Counties and abroad? Don’t you ever wonder why some Black folk are promoting them but the haters always talking about I don’t live in Rocky Mount.

Tarrick Pittman’s Podcast “Independent Thinkers” I hear airs every Monday on WNCR TV, Sam Battle & Gregb Podcast “Word On The Street,” I hear is done on Sundays and WNCR TV weekly morning show with Bronson Williams and co-host Nehemiah Smith should be an outlet for Black folk to get good and truthful information that affect the Black community but it appears they have their own agendas. I get messages all the time about is it true about the noise. These outlets ought to make sure the truth is being told.

I work a real job and it is tough trying to work and keep up with the noise so I have to rely on my trusted sources to keep me informed when I am not available. So after leaving my real job daily, I start my 2nd job fact checking the information that I receive.

Well I been doing this for 35 plus years so I ain’t stopping now.

Pastors, Educators, Leaders, Parents & Others Tickles The Hell Out Of Me, If You Are Scared Say It! Don’t Blame Me!

Some Black folk tickles the hell out of me when they talk about issues in the Black Community as it relates to Black Issues but then when an adult challenge adults be they educators, parents, pastors and community leaders some get offended. But then they wonder why we have issues? Hell if you get mad when you are questioned what do you think the children see? They see we can’t agree to disagree but we expect the children to. LOL!

Yes I use some choice words because some of you don’t get it until you get distracted by a choice word. But hell the children hear it in the home, on the TV and where ever they go.

I respond to folk so if you don’t like it, then Block me or tell me to Block you.

We as a Black folk as a whole have to call black black, white white, right right, wrong wrong and stopping being silent about real issues and people that affect our communities.

I ain’t mad with anybody. But I am sick of the double standards and Black folk who are afraid to address real issues and people.

Some folk are quick to talk about what is going on out of your community, state or where ever that do not affect you directly however may affect you indirectly. If you ain’t going to talk about real issues and people then stop with the subliminal messages and responding to things by changing the narrative.

If you want to be about change, then don’t be afraid to speak out. You play a role in what goes on around me either with you voicing your opinion and/or in you silence.

Silence speaks volume.

I have no permanent friends no permanent enemies only permanent interest!

Sheriff: Wilson man charged in pregnant woman’s killing

A Wilson man who served prison time on a manslaughter conviction faces two murder charges in a shooting that killed an expectant mother and her baby.

Wilson County sheriff’s deputies have charged 26-year-old Success Angelo Chandler Jr. of 306 Thurston Drive with first-degree murder and murder of an unborn child. Chandler turned himself in on Friday.

Investigators say Chandler killed 29-year-old Precious Bernetta Dyer during a Christmas party at the Evolution Music Hall outside Wilson around 1:30 a.m. Dec. 26. Dyer, a 2010 Beddingfield High School graduate and U.S. Navy veteran, was engaged to fiancé Timothy Johnson and was four months pregnant with her first child, a boy.

Candidate filing resumes for 2022 elections

The DCN News Blog Online TV response: Stay tuned for The DCN opinion as it relates to candidates from my perspective of being engaged in Edgecombe County Politics and abroad since the 80’s. I will be talking about what I am talking about but you support your friends and folk just because you may know somebody. But do you know them from a political standpoint? I am so glad I know candidates and those whom I don’t I reach out to my sources that do know them. Folk do your homework and if you don’t know the candidates you better see what the candidates are saying and what folk who ain’t afraid to challenge them are saying and weigh out the trues as presented.

The candidate filing period resumed Thursday for the 2022 federal, state and municipal elections.

The state Supreme Court had suspended candidate filing in December and pushed back the March primary to May 17 so that litigation challenging maps the Republican-controlled General Assembly approved in November could go to trial.

The court struck down those maps earlier this month and the General Assembly approved new maps within two weeks. The court refused late Wednesday to delay the use of the newly redrawn maps endorsed by trial judges earlier in the day, clearing the way for filing to resume.

Listen To The Noise In Rocky Mount Where Folk Are Daily Using Their Personal Assessment As A Measuring Tool When It Comes To Politics

The DCN News Blog Online TV found the following post on Facebook to very real. Thank you Alvin Lavon Jones because this post is right on! Folk you need to look at who are saying what and what is being said because you will see they are playing upon your intelligence and if you ain’t listening with a 3rd ear, you will fall for the lies, half-trues and mess. Some White folk want the power because Black folk have had the majority. Some Black folk are pushing the White folk agenda because the White folk see that Black folk have power when they are united. The White folk know that they need the Black body so therefore they are pushing Crystal Ames-Anderson as their token when they don’t know her. They love WNCR TV where some Black folk are keeping daily noise trying to discredit and/or destroy the Rocky Mount City Council and Black folk who ain’t afraid to speak out. Black folk y’all better stop being silent and speak up because the noise can be hazardous for your health.

While lying in bed watching the Price Is Right bonding with my infant son who was only 14 days old at the time, something transpired during that show that arrested my attention and caused me to reflect and correlate it with life.

Get this! When the first contestant spun the wheel, it landed on 10 and her second spin landed on 20 for a total of 30. She walked over gracefully and took her place in the designated area.

When the second contestant was preparing to spin, Drew Carey (the host), said to him, "This is going to be easy. Getting more than 30 should be a piece of cake." Well, that didn’t happen. After two spins, he got a total of 25.

Then the last contestant spun the wheel twice because his first spin stopped on 25. Then his second spin disqualified him from the showcase because it stopped on 85 totaling more than 100.

What I found interesting was that the same contestant with a total of 30 who Drew Carey prematurely "counted out" was the same contestant who won at the wheel and went on to win the showcase.

Here it is! Be careful how you use your personal assessment as a measuring tool to count folk out in life because the same person you pronounce failure over can be the same person who will make a lie out of you by overcoming every obstacle, rising above the odds stacked high against them and walk in favor even after being "counted out" by folk. Tables turn, scripts flip and shut doors do open! In so many words, y’all better be careful how you prophesy failure over people and prematurely count them out because you may have to eat what you said.
