IF IT SOUNDS LIKE RACISM AND ACTS LIKE RACISM, THEN IT PROBABLY IS RACISM – Source: The Wilmington Journal

This is America, but you wouldn’t think so in light of recent events wherein two high-profile, long serving Afri-can-Ameri-can congressman have come under attack. They are being dragged through the mud in a rush to judgment regarding alleged ethics violations. Rep. Charles B. Rangel (D-N.Y.) and Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) are the accused. 1. Riiiight….because black congressmen are different than everyone else in that they’re incapable of being corrupt. Someone should’ve told that to William J. “Cold Cash” Jefferson so he wouldn’t have tried to hide $90,000 in his freezer. I’m sure if Rangel and Waters are innocent the Democratic controlled congress will set them free.

And I’m curious, is it EVER possible to accuse a black politician something without the racism charge being leveled? You probably cried racism when Kwame Kilpatrick was accused to. I’m sure racism was the source of his numerous scandals as well.

    • Nope I haven’t read in any of these conversations that Black Congressmen/Women are different but one damn thing about it all BLACK folks are not crooked. Just like Jefferson there a whites who have committed criminal activity. That also do not make all white folks crooked.

You are too damn ignant because I have never condoned criminals be they black, brown, white and other so hell no I didn’t cry anything when Kilpatrick screwed up. Did you see anyone cry racism? I don’t remember anyone and I know damn well I didn’t. LMBAO

      • Forgive me….after re-reading my post I see that I wasn’t clear that my comments were directed at the author of the article and not at you. I’ve read things you have written in the past, and I understand that you agree that all races are capable of corruption, especially those in positions of power. Moreso, people in positions of power who face no threat whatsoever of being defeated in an election (like Rangel and Waters) feel immune to the rules by which everyone else has to abide. They have guaranteed lifetime jobs in effect.

Again, I’m sorry for making it appear that my comments were directed towards you.
