Blackwell was among dozens of Pope Elementary community members, parents, former students and staff crowding the school media center. Prior to the public comments, Nash-Rocky Mount Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Anthony Jackson shared his proposed plan for the future of the school. (Source: Read more)
