Trump Tweets Video With ‘White Power’ Chant, Then Deletes It

The Political Agitator’s response: What is in you will come out and Trump has done a damn good job showing what is in him.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump on Sunday tweeted approvingly of a video showing one of his supporters chanting “white power,” a racist slogan associated with white supremacists. He later deleted the tweet and the White House said the president had not heard “the one statement” on the video.

The video appeared to have been taken at The Villages, a Florida retirement community, and showed dueling demonstrations between Trump supporters and opponents.

“Thank you to the great people of The Villages,” Trump tweeted. Moments into the video clip he shared, a man driving a golf cart displaying pro-Trump signs and flags shouts ’white power.” The video also shows anti-Trump protesters shouting “Nazi,” “racist,” and profanities at the Trump backers.

“There’s no question″ that Trump should not have retweeted the video and “he should just take it down,” Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C., told CNN’s “State of the Union.” Scott is the only Black Republican in the Senate.

“I think it’s indefensible,” he added. (Read more)

Trump shares Candace Owens interview saying ‘George Floyd was not a good person’

The Political Agitator’s response: The DCN Super Ignant Safe Negro Black Woman Awards goes to ….

US president Donald Trump has shared an interview in which conservative activist Candace Owens describes George Floyd as a symbol of a “broken culture in black America today” and insists that “he was not a good person”.

Mr Floyd died last month in Minneapolis after a police officer pinned him to the ground with a knee to the neck for nearly nine minutes. The killing has sparked days of protests across the US against racism and police brutality, and also demonstrations around the world.

But as the Black Lives Matters movement runs into its 12th consecutive day, with demonstrators calling for police reform and an end to systemic racism, Ms Owens said she had been left ‘sickened’ by the “fact that he [Mr Floyd] has been held up as a martyr”.

In an interview with radio host Glenn Beck, who posted it to Twitter before it was retweeted by President Trump, Ms Owen said: “George Floyd was not a good person. I don’t care who wants to spin that, I don’t care how CNN wants to make you think that he had just turned his life around.”

“The fact that he has been held up as a martyr sickens me.” (Read more)

As They Scream Voter Fraud, Trump And His Press Secretary May Have Voted Illegally

WASHINGTON – Even as they both attack the idea of voting by mail, President Donald Trump and his new press secretary may have voted by mail illegally, using residential addresses on their registrations that were not their residences.

Kayleigh McEnany cast Florida ballots in 2018 using her parents’ address in Tampa, even though she lived in Washington, D.C., and held a New Jersey driver’s license.  Trump cast a Florida ballot this year using a business address in Palm Beach, where he had promised the town government he would not live.

“If Florida is not really your primary residence, then it’s inappropriate for you to be registered as a voter in Florida,” said Ciara Torres-Spelliscy, a fellow at the Brennan Center and a professor at Stetson University in Florida.

McEnany did not respond to HuffPost queries about either her or her boss’s voter registration discrepancies. Providing false information on a registration in Florida is a felony punishable by up to five years in state prison. (Read more)

Trump Is A Player

Trump has been a player for nearly 4 years. He has almost played out because only got a few more months now and games will be over.

He is a problem but the problem I have is those who know he is a bully with a pulpit and play all kinds of games but never call his hand.

But the Van Hollands and the like are constantly talk about Governor Roy Cooper because he is trying to save Lives!

Folk say Black folk Play the Race Card. It is damn shame when they say Black folk play the Race Card but when we fight for equality and other, all folk win.

Trump plays a Caucasian when he is around certain folk. He plays being Black because he has some Ignant Safe Negro Black Folk who support him. He plays being a scientist. He plays being a doctor. He plays being a doctor. He plays Military. He plays Church. And lastly he does a damn good job playing being President.

I challenge all folk to join me in November and remove this trump card from the deck.

Trump says he will deploy military if state officials can’t contain protest violence

WASHINGTON — As the sound of sirens wailed and flash bangs popped across the street, President Donald Trump announced from the Rose Garden that he would use the U.S. military to stop the riots across the county that have been sparked by the death of George Floyd.

“I am mobilizing all federal and local resources, civilian and military, to protect the rights of law abiding Americans,” Trump said in the extraordinary address, which was delivered as police fired tear gas outside to push protesters back from the White House.

“If a city or state refuses to take the actions necessary to defend the life and property of their residents, then I will deploy the United States military and quickly solve the problem for them,” Trump said, referring to himself as “your president of law and order and an ally of all peaceful protesters.”

To activate the military to operate in the U.S., Trump would have to invoke the 213-year-old Insurrection Act, which four people familiar with the decision had told NBC News he planned to do. (Read more)

Trump 1st It Was Open Your Churches, Now Open Your Schools

Trump got Ignant Black Negro Pastors and Church folk wanting to open their churches. Now he want the schools opened.

So what is Trump going to tell us next?

Oh Trump is thinking about moving the Republican Convention out of North Carolina because Governor Roy Cooper has not completely ReOpened the State. Well don’t think about it just do the damn thing. MOVE it!

It is a damn shame how we as Black Folk focus on the wrong things instead of what is really going on.

In this time of a pandemic whereby Black folk are the most vulnerable, it is sad that Ignant Black Negro Pastors and Church folk are listening to Trump and Racist Republicans. It makes me wonder what God do these Pastors and Church folk serve?

During The Pandemic So You Listening To Trump & Governor Roy Cooper But Are You Listening To God?

But did you hear from God? Wow! I have been in some conversations on Facebook with some Safe Black Negro Pastors and Church Folk that confirm that they are just Selfish.
What you better recognize is that when you open them church doors and let folk come in that you are responsible for the outcome.
Report back after you are in the house! I’ll Wait!

Federal court backs California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s orders keeping churches closed

A federal appeals court has backed California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s stay-at-home order banning in-church services to blunt the spread of coronavirus, rejecting an argument from clerics that the governor is treading on their First Amendment right to free exercise of their religious beliefs.

The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals issued a split 2-1 ruling denying the request for a temporary restraining order against Newsom’s in-church service ban filed this month by the South Bay United Pentecostal Church in Chula Vista, California.

The ruling was issued late on Friday, the same day President Donald Trump demanded governors nationwide allow churches, synagogues, mosques and other places of worship to reopen immediately.

“The governors need to do the right thing and allow these very important essential places of faith to open right now, for this weekend. If they don’t do it, I will override the governors,” Trump said as his administration released detailed guidance on how religious institutions can safely reopen amid the virus that has killed nearly 100,000 people and infected more than 1.6 million in the United States. “In America we need more prayer, not less.”

It is unclear what legal authority the president has to overrule a governor and the White House could not cite a specific provision that would give Trump that power. (Read more)

Trump threatens to pull Republican convention out of North Carolina

The Political Agitator’s response: Damn Trump said my Governor Roy Cooper is playing politics. Really! If playing it safe is playing Politics then let the games continue. Thank you Mr. Governor! Oh and can’t wait to see what Van Holland Tarboro Tar River Times have to say. I’ll wait!

Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump began a solemn Memorial Day railing against North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper, a Democrat, ahead of the 2020 Republican National Convention, threatening to pull it out of Charlotte, where the convention is expected to be held August 24 to 27.

Trump contended that Cooper is “unable to guarantee” that the arena can be filled to capacity.

“I love the Great State of North Carolina, so much so that I insisted on having the Republican National Convention in Charlotte at the end of August,” Trump said in a series of tweets. “Unfortunately, Democrat Governor, @RoyCooperNC is still in Shutdown mood & unable to guarantee that by August we will be allowed full attendance in the Arena. In other words, we would be spending millions of dollars building the Arena to a very high standard without even knowing if the Democrat Governor would allow the Republican Party to fully occupy the space.” (Read more)

Here is the very best possible response to Donald Trump’s urging the Churches to open "right away, this weekend."

The Political Agitator’s response: This is it! Until a Safe Black Negro Preacher attempt to put a Twist on these Trues! Oh some folk didn’t get that. I know some Caucasians are standing with Trump but I am a Black Man and I am talking to Black Folk right now but oh others read my stuff.
Cathy Cox thanks for sharing

From the Bishop-elect of the Episcopal Church in the Diocese of Missouri, Deon K. Johnson:

“The work of the church is essential.
The work of caring for the lonely, the marginalized, and the oppressed is essential.
The work of speaking truth to power and seeking justice is essential.
The work of being a loving, liberating, and life giving presence in the world is essential.
The work of welcoming the stranger, the refugee and the undocumented is essential.
The work of reconciliation and healing and caring is essential.
The church does not need to “open” because the church never “closed”. We who make up the Body of Christ, the church, love God and our neighbors and ourselves so much that we will stay away from our buildings until it is safe. We are the church.”

Worship Is Essential But It Appears It Is Not The Houses Of Worship That Makes It Essential

The Political Agitator’s response: What I get from this is that Worship is Essential but the House of Worship (the building) does not make it Essential. Trump has figured out that lots of folk go to Houses of Worships and that if he say something that will make them happy that it will possibly get him some votes in my opinion. But anyone that are happy just because Trump is making Houses of Worship Essential and threatening to override Governors that do not agree with him, are unconscious, in denial or just don’t give a damn about life. I will not be going to a House of Worship the rest of this year because the timing is not right. But this is what I am going to do so do you. I have the option to watch and/or listen to the Word from the comfort of my home and/or my vehicle if I am out.

Trump Blasts Obama As ‘Incompetent’ After Apparent Commencement Speech Jab

The president claimed he hadn’t heard his predecessor’s remarks criticizing U.S. leadership during the coronavirus pandemic.

President Donald Trump on Sunday tore into former President Barack Obama, calling him “an incompetent president” after Obama appeared to criticize his response to the coronavirus crisis during two commencement speeches a day earlier.

Asked about Obama’s remarks, Trump told reporters on the White House lawn that he “didn’t hear it” before proceeding to bash his predecessor as “grossly incompetent.”

“Look, he was an incompetent president,” Trump said. “That’s all I can say. Grossly incompetent.” (Read more)

Don Lemon Hits Trump Where It Hurts With Seething Obama Comparisons

The Political Agitator’s response: For those who say President Obama did not do anything while President, well Trump continues to prove that to be not true almost daily. If President Obama has not done anything why do he need to talk about him?

Don Lemon wants to know why President Donald Trump is still obsessed with former President Barack Obama.

Over the weekend, in what Lemon called “a new low from a president who goes low all the time,” Trump retweeted a conspiracy theory about Obama. Lemon said it was a “shameless attempt” to distract Americans from the administration’s continued failures in dealing with the coronavirus pandemic.

“In a time when we need leadership, when we need compassion, this is the crap that you’re peddling? Conspiracy theories?” Lemon asked.

Lemon also praised former President George W. Bush, who sent a message urging unity among Americans. Trump responded by attacking Bush on Twitter.

Then, Lemon ― himself a target of some recent Trump rants ― returned to the topic of Obama with a message aimed directly at Trump:  (Read more)
