“If You Are Scared, Say It!” Rev. Al Sharpton Speech In Greensboro NC 2005

Now it is 2015 and I am reposting this from 2013. Ten years later we are still dealing with Faith Based Pimps, Gay Marriages and other issues that were going on before President Barack Obama was elected. But he has been blamed for all of the mess that is going on today.

Every now and then I go back and view this video and I get pumped up again and again because I know what is real and what is perceived.

In 2013 if you are scared say it, sit down, shut up and get the hell out of my way.

I dare you to listen to this speech by Rev. Al Sharpton that I recorded in Greensboro NC in 2005.

Rev. Al Sharpton Speech

Rev. Al Sharpton Hour of Power Sunday Morning November 30, 2014 Weekly Talk Show Sunday 9 AM – 10 AM

Damn I get so sick and tired of ignant damn Black folks calling in talking about what about how many Blacks have been killed by Blacks over the years? Hell ok! I got that! But what does that have to do with questioning white cops killing Black folks and it appears that it was not justified. Just justify white cops killing Blacks and we will stop the questioning.

Damn this woman just called in and said President Barack Obama ain’t saying anything. Sharpton got her straight because he has been on National TV several times and he has ordered the Justice Department to investigate.

Damn another woman talking about why majority Black in Ferguson and the DA has been running unopposed. This is not only just true in Ferguson but in many states.

Tune in now! FM 104.3

Tawana Brawley Case: 25 Years Later – blackamericaweb

Note: I mentioned this case a couple of weeks ago when some folks said they were going to contact Rev. Al Sharpton. I told them about this case and that Rev. Al would thoroughly investigate the case before making a statement because of this case 25 years ago. However I was added to the group Justice for . . . but when I posted this I was removed. I stated they could remove me because I did not join the group but was added by someone. Later that evening I was removed. Well obviously these folks have a problem with truth and facts but they say they want justice. Well!

I said for many years I didn’t care for Rev. Al however people used to call me him all the time. I said nope because he didn’t do his homework. But over the past several years I love this brother because he does his homework and he stand up for what he believe in.

It was the most perfect, imperfect hate crime: a black teen girl was abducted and raped by six white cops. Three weeks before her Sweet 16, Brawley life soured. She was found nearly unconscious cocooned in a garbage bag, grossly defiled with excrement and racial epithets from head to toe clad in charred clothing. Instinctively Brawley became Black America’s posterchild for racial injustice while Rev. Al Sharpton along with attorneys C. Vernon Mason and Alton H. Maddox became her legal dream team. Still her alleged tormenters–one of which (Police Officer Harry Crist, Jr.) committed suicide–were never convicted. (More)

Ignant Column: I Hate It When Folks Are Ignant To What The NAACP Stand For And How Rev. Al Sharpton Operates Especially Those On WHIG TV, FM 99.3 The Morning Show And Other Local Media

As a Life Fully Paid Member of the NAACP you need to do your homework as it relates to what the NAACP stands for. Those of you who are ignant to what the NAACP mission, vision statement and objectives are you need to read it before you open your mouth and make a damn fool of yourself.

As it relates to Rev. Al Sharpton and some other activist you need to understand what role they play also.

I was looking at WHIG TV Morning Show on Monday night and David Joyner talked about his brother getting killed in Rocky Mount. A white caller called in talking about he was not trying to stir up anything but he wanted to know why the NAACP, the Rev. Al Sharpton’s and others don’t speak up about black on black crime. However that is totally false.

As it relates to David Joyner’s brother getting killed show me how the NAACP’s mission, vision statement and objectives relate. The NAACP get involved in things when people come to them and fill out a complaint as it relates to the mission, vision statement and objectives.

Rev. Al Sharpton was called to Sanford Florida by the family to come down to help them with the exposure. Rev. Al could not have gone to Florida and done a damn thing without the family working with him. He would be ignant as hell to go to Florida without the family’s permission.

Recently I received a phone call about an incident dealing with some young students and was anybody doing anything about it? I said I can’t get involved if the parents do not allow me to get involved because first of all it is a personnel manner and I don’t know all the facts just what I read in the local papers and heard in the community. Only a damn fool would try to fight a cause when they have not heard from those involved and being given permission to work with them.

To all the ignant folks who talk about what black folks especially the NAACP, the Rev. Al Sharptons and folks like myself who have been labeled by ignant white and black folks I challenge black, brown, white and other folks all the time. My blog speaks to it. I have been calling in and have hosted radio and tv shows speaking out about issues be they black, brown, white and/or other.

When it comes to the local radio and tv talk shows so many folks are afraid to call in and respond to the ignant callers. I work during the day so therefore I miss the shows unless I just happen to be off work on a give day. However I look at a local tv talk show every night but it is pre-recorded so I can’t call in. Damn this bothers me because the ignant folks are winning because many times no one calls in and challenge them.

I will continue to be speak up about issues and people and don’t give a damn who gets mad.

Note: Know that being ignant is not always a bad thing, however it is a bad thing when you don’t do anything about it especially when you are trying to discredit others. Know what you are talking about when you open your mouth so you will not make a damn fool out of yourself.

Trayvon Martin

Sanford Florida Teen Trayvon Martin Shot Down By A Citizen And He Is Not In Jail, But Why? Damn It Will Never End!

It pisses me the hell off when some white folks but especially arrived black folks whom think the Rev. Al Sharptons, the NAACP and others who fight for justice are not relevant today.

After reading more information and listening to the 911 calls, The Rev. Al Show and The Val Atkins Talk Shows this morning I have learned more about the case. The dispatcher on the 911 call said to George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch captain was told to stop following him the person that he called in and reported in the neighborhood.

The killer said the teen had a hood on. Well damn it was raining. He also said he was running. Damn it was raining.

What I have learned is the teen was not armed and this was in a gated community.

It had been said the killer had a squeaky clean record when he had been doing things out of the norm calling law enforcement in the future. He has also had a confrontation with law enforcement himself.

It has been several weeks now so why in the hell has the killer not been charged?

I am happy to know that Rev. Al Sharpton is going down to Florida next week.

Who to Blame for Unemployment: The White House or Congress? – Source: Your Black World

I had a conversation today with Rev. Al Sharpton that took us back to the heated debate that Rev. Sharpton had with Cornel West on MSNBC last month (it was VERY interesting and you can watch it here).   At any rate, the discussion revolved around who to hold accountable for the shocking and unacceptable increases in black unemployment. Note: I have said this many times. The same goes for those who continuously talk about “Our” President not pushing for Reparations. Oh well I am so glad I understand politics and do not have to rely totally on other folks as it relates to POLITICS. This is why everyone should get involved in politics so they can be somewhat knowledgeable of what is real and what is perceived. This will allow them to not be mislead because some folks main thang is to mislead folks. Yep I said main thang. Curmilus Dancy II – DCN Publisher
