Breakfast for Miranda at Andy’s on Saturday

TARBORO — There will a breakfast fund-raiser next month for Miranda Hale at Andy’s restaurant on Western Boulevard.

Hale is the 13-year-old daughter of Tarboro Police Lt.  Keith "Moose" and Vickie Hale who is in the intensive care unit of Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville. (Read more)

TARBORO — Most of the tickets have been sold, but love offerings will be accepted Friday during the barbecued chicken plate fund-raiser for Miranda Hale at Penders Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.

Note: Very nice people. Lt. Hales was my son’s basketball coach at Upwards in Tarboro. Hales was very nice. Hale’s son and my son played together. I remember Miranda at the games and I never knew she had a heart condition. Miranda is in our prayers. C. Dancy II – DCN Publisher
