I am for Justice No Matter Who It Is For Or Against!

I have always heard that things will come to the light so whatever you do better be right! If you made errors along the way then just remember that time may catch up with you before you die but if not you will have to deal with the consequences on this side.

Unfortunate Bill got caught up so the rest is history. Like it or not.

In due season. There is a time and season for all things.

This too will pass!

Justice

My desire has been and and is to be able to wake up every morning and to work on Social Issues by trying to educate folk via Social Media, Video, Radio and other. This is a full time job. It is tough working all day and then trying to do it after work. It is time consuming going to meetings and researching information. This comes with expenses too.

NAACP pushes education to fight injustice – Rocky Mount Telegram

The Political Agitator response: “The badge and gun is too much power for a bigot and racist.”
The Rev. William Barber President, N.C. NAACP. I totally agree!

The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People held an open public forum Wednesday night at Greater Love Christian Community Church geared to inform people about the racial disparities in the local, state and national justice systems.

The church was filled with parents and children listening to N.C. NAACP President the Rev. William Barber and others discuss the continuing issue of racial profiling against people of color.

Protests continue to occur across the country following recent grand jury decisions not to indict a white Ferguson police officer in the shooting death of 18-year-old unarmed black teenager Mike Brown in Missouri or a white New York police officer in the July chokehold death of Eric Garner, an unarmed black man. As Article XI, Section 4 of the North Carolina constitution states, "beneficent provision for the poor, the unfortunate, and the orphan is one of the first duties of a civilized and Christian state." Speaker Tillis’ and Senate Leader Berger’s policies have broken with this fundamental principle of governance.

This Monday in Raleigh, we will join together once again to remind them that their moral responsibility to care for the least of these calls upon them to stand up for environmental justice and for health care access for all North Carolinians.

Pinetops NC – Two charged in brutal attack on Tarboro toddler – WRAL (Thanks Edgecombe County Sheriff Department And The SBI For An Awesome Job)

Tarboro, N.C. — A 2-year-old child beaten beyond recognition at a babysitter’s house in Tarboro earlier this month was also sexually assaulted, authorities said Tuesday, after charging two people in the attack.

Cirilo Torido-Bastida, 41, of Macclesfield, faces two counts of first-degree forcible sex offense and one count of assault inflicting serious bodily injury. He was placed in the Edgecombe County jail Tuesday under a $855,000 secured bond.

Chelsey Elane Speight, 20, of Tarboro, was charged with accessory after the fact on all three counts and placed in the Edgecombe County jail under a $355,000 secured bond. (More)

Response: Well the Edgecombe County Sheriff Department said the findings would be released. I was willing to wait for the findings and had no reason to question their statements each time they spoke with the media.

I stated that if the findings released showed that the white female deserves a higher bond that it will happen. So the charges for the female are different than the previous charges so therefore the bond was set higher this time. (Did anyone notice the new picture of the female?)

I am so glad that folks like Rob Redmond gets it when he said that, Justice isn’t always served instantaneously. And though my support was there & I would have been honored to have led the charge, I never signed the petition. The reason is because after a few days, I realized that the investigation was still ongoing. To me, there was never a need for a petition until the investigation was complete AND justice had not been served.”  I totally agree with this brother however I realized it day one that the investigation was ongoing.

I am ashamed of some of the events and conversations that have taken place in the name of JUSTICE. Do anyone understand that this is just the beginning of a situation that is going to continue for quite some time? Do anyone understand what is going to take place in the next couple of days, weeks and years to come? I don’t think so. However again I am going to ask you to let’s talk about it especially those who have cussed me out when all I did was trying to make people understand that they needed to wait for the SBI and the Edgecombe County Sheriff Office to release their findings.

It is a damn shame that some folks want to make our fine Edgecombe County Sheriff Department look like the victim when they are sworn to serve the public. I strongly feel that our Edgecombe County Sheriff Department did an awesome job preparing the evidence while keeping the integrity of the office in check.

The following quotes from the Daily Southerner Monday November 12th Edition are right on point: “Sheriff James Knight has released very limited details of the investigation, citing the sensitivity of the case and noting he didn’t want to impede on the ongoing investigation.”

“Knight said his department has been working almost around the clock to solve this horrendous crime. He said DNA samples have been sent to SBI. Routine DNA samples take up to two weeks or more for the lab work to return. Knight asked for special treatment in this case and said he is expecting the results back by this week.”

"I have sympathy for this 2-year-old child," Knight said. "She didn’t deserve this. As the sheriff of Edgecombe County, I’m going to make sure that every rock is uncovered until we arrest everybody who has anything to do with this incident. I ask the public to please bear with us as we investigate this incident. We are not taking this lightly. This is a very sensitive case and we are doing everything that we can to make sure everybody that is involve will be prosecuted."

Now with that being said by our fine Edgecombe County Sheriff Department there have been some folks who have been very disrespectful. I have a problem with our Sheriff Department being disrespected because I know we have one of the best, if not the best Sheriff Department within the state of North Carolina. I have not read one comment whereby some of these folks who say they want Justice, thanking our fine Sheriff Department and the SBI for their work. However I did read whereby one person wanted to thank the people who came together putting pressure on the people to handle the case, not! The case was being handled whether the people came together or not. So let’s don’t get it twisted.

Rev. Nehemiah Smith editor of The Weekly Defender said at the gathering at the Pinetops Car Wash he understood the Sheriff Department had a job to do but they could show their face. Well Rev. I stand by my Sheriff Department and I appreciate how they handled this case. The Edgecombe County Sheriff Department, the ministers, the NAACP, elected officials and community leaders not showing up at the Car Wash had no bearing on this case whatsoever because the evidence was in the hands of the SBI. You see Rev. when you have a gathering of such, if you really seeking justice you would have invited the SBI and/or the Edgecombe County Sheriff Department to come and assure the people that they are working on the case.

Now I am going to be waiting patiently to see what happens next because my resources tell me that this is going to get ugly.

Someone called me tonight as I was walking in the SouthWest Edgecombe vs Nash Central Basketball game to ask me had I seen the news. I said no. They begin to tell me about the arrests. I said thanks I will pull it up on my phone but about that time I had got a text message from WRAL about the arrests. I was happy to know that the findings had been released and the arrests had been made because I am ready for this case to go to the next level.

NAACP Hosting A March In Pinetops Is A Lie!

NAACP hosting a march in Pinetops is a lie. I am a Life Fully Paid Member of the Rocky Mount Branch NAACP. I have been in contact with the President Andre Knight and Lewis Turner member and they are not aware of any march to be hosted today. This must be approved by the NC NAACP State Conference of Branches where Rev. Dr. William J. Barber II is our State President. I have contacted him and he has

assured me that a march has not been approved by the State Office.

Those of you who want Justice I repeat you need to wait on the SBI and the Edgecombe County to release their findings because you may learn that this picture is bigger than what you don’t know however some of you are just in denial. But you gonna learn the day.

I am for justice/truth no matter who it is for or against. That means I am for you or against you.

I will say it is funny how no one from the family has asked me for any advice but in the past the family has contacted me on other issues. Imagine that!

Well it ain’t about the family for me but my concern lies with the baby.

I am Curmilus Butch Dancy II and I stand behind everything I say.
