Video catches Los Angeles sheriffs in lie about events outside hospital where ambushed cops were recovering

imageSee this is what I am talking about the LEOs has got to stay in character they are already catching hell. See when you do ignant mess then it takes the focus off of the incident and put the focus on the LEOs acting unprofessional.

In this season LEOs must be held to a Zero Tolerance by their bosses when they show unprofessionalism. LEOs can not keep giving folk ammunition to use against them especially while Defunding Police is a hot topic.

I support Law Enforcement but I don’t support the unprofessionalism.

The Los Angeles Police Department has been caught in a series of lies about their arrest of KPCC Josie Huang, who was reporting outside of St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood where the two police officers shot in an ambush were taken.

Two LA County deputies were shot and are in critical condition after their patrol car was fired on by an individual captured on video. While sitting outside of a metro station in Compton, an individual can be seen in the video approaching the car and firing shots. One deputy got out of the vehicle to pursue the suspect, then the video ends. (Read more)

Should Trump And The GOP Be Charged With Malfeasance In Connection With The Almost 200,000 Deaths

SYMONDSEZ:

Someone recently said that Trump and the GOP should only be charged with malfeasance in connection with the almost 200,000 DEATHS of our family members and friends in the COVID-19 virus pandemic in America.

I think it goes quite a bit further than merely “malfeasance” (i.e., wrongdoing by a public official), don’t you?

The entire GOP has been complicit in almost 200,000 mass murders by depraved indifference committed by Trump, all of which the GOP was fully aware. Trump and the entire GOP sat in silence and did NOTHING whatsoever to either prevent those DEATHS or lessen them in severity.

How can you describe either Trump’s or the GOP’s horrific, ongoing inaction regarding the almost 200,000 DEATHS caused by the COVID-19 virus pandemic in our country as anything other than MASS MURDER?

Trump KNEW the extent of the deadly danger that the COVID-19 virus posed to our society, as he has recently ADMITTED and which has been widely publicized but, despite his admitted knowledge, Trump allowed the COVID-19 virus to ravage and continue that ravaging of our entire population without taking ANY action whatsoever to prevent it or at least lessen its deadly effect upon us.

Trump has allowed these DEATHS to go on and on for the pathetic reason that he wanted to protect his own chance of being reelected. And that, of course, sprung out of fear that he would have to answer to the SDNY for the many crimes he has committed in the State of New York.

Therefore, Trump committed the MASS MURDERS of hundreds of thousands of our family members and friends merely to protect his own profoundly worthless self.

“Intent” is a well-known requisite element of a MURDER charge. Intent was, and STILL IS, present in Trump’s actions and inactions. In addition, the entire GOP has been and STILL IS complicit in Trump’s ongoing murderous behavior. Both Trump and the GOP should be charged with MASS MURDER and put in prison for the rest of their natural lives.

First-degree murderers must have the specific intent to end a human life, which does not necessarily have to correspond to the actual victim. A murder in which the killer intends to kill but kills either the wrong person or random people would still constitute first-degree murder.

Furthermore, under many state laws, killing through action showing a “depraved indifference” to human life can qualify as murder in the first degree.

To constitute “depraved indifference,” the defendant’s conduct must be ‘so wanton, so deficient in a moral sense of concern, so lacking in regard for the life or lives of others, and so blameworthy as to warrant the same criminal liability as that which the law imposes upon a person who intentionally causes a crime.’ Depraved indifference focuses on the risk created by the defendant’s conduct, not the injuries actually resulting.”

Therefore, given the above facts, how else can you describe the horrific behavior of Trump and the entire GOP other than as mass murder by depraved indifference?

President Donald Trump Vs Bob Woodward Book About COVID-19 Being Downplayed

I don’t like to get into the assumption thing something that can’t be proven.

With Trump record out of all of the things he been called out on and folk still supported what he said, I would think that they would have supported him downplaying it then and now.

Since he is still downplaying it even after we have heard the recording, so I wonder what difference would it have made?

He has told and continue to tell folk to do Absentee Voting and go to the Polls here in NC too.

So unless it was a crime what he did, what difference does it make?

My thing is he lied and that he continues to prove he is a liar.

Now for Woodward is what he did a crime?

I see what he did as what normal folk would do that have a complaint be it on their job, a rape case and other, some folk don’t come out then but come out later.

Again the only thing that bothers me is the President is a liar and it has been proven.

This have not made me look at him any different than I have since he became President.

And in my closing, the President is the one that is running the country so to compare Woodward holding information to the President’s standards ain’t for me.

Now as bad as the COVID is and folk have lost their lives, I find it hard to believe that the President have not said this stuff in front of others that too could have informed us.

I have a problem with Dr. Fauci’s response when he said he don’t think the President intentionally downplayed the COVID. But then again he report to who?

I don’t like talking about some things that is based on opinion, I like to base my opinions on facts. So therefore I don’t know if Woodward telling it earlier would have saved lives or not.

Colts Statement On National Anthem Demonstration

Today our football team made a statement on behalf of the Black communities in our state of Indiana; but also on behalf of all Black communities from where our players and coaches call home. Our intent is to bring attention to the issue of systemic racism and the injustice inherit therein. We also wanted to demonstrate a symbolic gesture of how we believe meaningful change happens.

TO BE CLEAR – we were not protesting the flag, the anthem, or the men and women who wear the uniform. The timing of this action is meant to highlight that the presence, power, and oppression of racism remains inconsistent with the unity and freedoms of what it means to be an American.

Our Black communities feel the weight of this issue and they are hurting. Our statement today and going forward expresses that we will not merely speak out against racism, but we will demonstrate our convictions with consistent action to support and uplift our Black communities.

Our statement included the two-fold symbolic gesture of stepping forward and kneeling: (Read more)

Deshaun Watson is ready to speak out against racism in the NFL

Deshaun Watson has found his voice and is using it to speak out against racism in the NFL. The Houston Texans quarterback says he was conditioned to believe he wasn’t smart enough and lacked the education needed to speak out.

According to a recent interview with ESPN, the football player gets vulnerable and opens up about how he thinks the world perceives him as a Black quarterback.

“To keep it real with you, I feel like whenever a Black quarterback speaks up, the outside world sometimes doesn’t think they’re educated enough to know what’s going on. So in reality, they’re like, ‘Hey, y’all Black quarterbacks — shut up. Y’all don’t know what y’all talking about.’ “

The 24-year-old says he feels the pressure that comes with being the head of a team. Waston says especially as a Black quarterback he is aware that folks are judging his every move, from what he wears to how he speaks. He goes on to say his insecurities stem from the racism he experienced as a child growing up in Georgia and how these issues shaped his world view.

“But the way I grew up, and the way I saw it, it was kind of normal. So as a young boy, it was kind of like, ‘I guess this is the way it should be.’ And this is the way it has been for a long time.” (Read more)

WATCH: CNN’s Tapper shuts down Navarro interview over insults and lies about Trump’s COVID-19 response

On Sunday morning “State of the Union” host Jake Tapper cut short an interview with White House trade advisor Peter Navarro after the Donald Trump appointee insulted CNN’s coverage of the COVID-19 health crisis and refused to answer questions about why the president lied to the public about it.

Over a combative nine minutes, the CNN host repeatedly asked Navarro about the taped comments the president made about the coronavirus pandemic in an interview with Bob Woodward and how they conflicted with his public statements.

With Navarro continually calling citing the president’s comments “cherry-picking” and refusing to address direct questions, Tapper finally called an end to the interview and then fact-checked the White House adviser after he was taken off the screen.

“He knew it was deadlier than the flu and he was lying to the American public two weeks later,” Tapper accused.

“Jake, you’re cherry-picking,” Navarro shot back.

“I’m not cherry-picking. He was not honest with the American people. you’re not answering the question,” the CNN host pressed.

“You’re not honest with the American people. CNN is not honest with the American people. You want to go there?” Navarro replied which led Tapper to call the interview off. (Read more)

‘I’m going to interrupt you’: Chris Wallace destroys Trump adviser’s ‘fog of war’ talking points on COVID

Trump campaign adviser Steve Cortes on Sunday downplayed the revelations that President Donald Trump misled the American people about the severity of novel coronavirus pandemic.

In an interview with Fox News, Cortes argued that Trump made the admission to journalist Bob Woodward in the “fog of war.”

“Why not level with the American people, Steve?” Fox News host Chris Wallace asked.

“This was the fog of war, biological war,” Cortes insisted.

“I’m going to interrupt you right there,” Wallace interjected. “It wasn’t the fog of war. On January 28, the president got his presidential daily brief, the top intelligence in the Oval Office. And at that point, his national security adviser, Robert O’Brien said that this is the biggest challenge you’re going to face in your entire presidency.” (Read more)
