I was invited to the campaign kickoff for Roy Gray today. Roy is challenging Edgecombe County Commissioner District 2 Representative Viola Harris incumbent. Calvin Sherrod is also a candidate for this seat.

The Primary Election for 2016 will be held on March 15, 2016. The Primary Election will no longer be held in May, however the General Election will still be held in November 2016.
