I agree with the opinion in The Rocky Mount Telegram, “Leadership change offers a fresh start” but how do you move forward without looking at what worked in the past, what didn’t work and using past experiences to build upon. When the board come together and say they are going to move forwardd together and put the games aside, then a change will come.
If you are dealing with the same folk how can you truly put the past behind you? Now if you are dealing with all new folk, yep! The only someone will be new is the superintendent which will not change the division on the school board itself. Until they come together the board will not change.
But just my ignant opinion.
