Note: I think the best way to solve the ElectriCities thing is for all the cities, the Electric Companies and others involved need to come to the table and see how all parties can best resolve this matter. In response to moving lottery money to city budgets to help with electric bills

Note: I want them to leave the lottery money alone and keep it with education if that is what it is suppose to be used for. You see when we allow things to be changed in one instance then you open the door for other movement. I think the best way to solve the ElectriCities thing is for all the cities, the Electric Companies and others involved need to come to the table and see how all parties can best resolve this matter.
