Wilson County Sheriff’s Deputy Marcus F. Ruffin has been charged in connection with the April 2011 death of his son.
Ruffin was served a criminal summons on Feb. 2 for one count of failure to secure a firearm, according to Wilson Police Sgt. John Slaughter. The charge is a misdemeanor. (More)
