Black Folks Allow WHIG-TV To Talk About What Goes On In The Black Community Be It Positive Or Negative

Video but no audio. Sure wish I could have heard Wayne Hollomon on 4/30/12 Morning Show later at night the replay of the morning show from that morning. I understand he talked about the Crossing at 64 the groundbreaking for the Bojangles Restaurant last week. I understand Hollomon has a problem with RMECDC receiving grant monies. It appears that WHIG is going to have something negative to say about black folks whether they do something positive or not. I find it funny as heck WHIG was not on the scene. But then again it is to be expected. Hollomon why don’t you attend events? Oh you don’t have to because you get bits and pieces from the Telegram and then talk about it on your Morning Show.

WHIG TV Morning Show – Enjoyed The Show Today

I have enjoyed the show this morning because you guys have been talking with some sense unlike some other shows I have seen.

When it comes to politics it should not matter if one is Democrat or Republican they ought to be fighting for what is in the best interest of all people be they black or white. What I have found out is that when black folks do better all folks benefits. But we must not be ignorant to the fact that if one is Democrat that person suppose to support the Democratic agenda and likewise for Republicans. So let’s don’t get it twisted.

One problem when it comes to politics people don’t look at what an elected official for what he or she is really doing but have a personal problem with them. Lots of times they have a problem with an elected official just because someone else does.

We should look at what an elected official is doing to make life better for all people and if they are not then they must go.

Race will always matter.

Now about President Obama coming to Wilson or Rocky Mount. I videoed him at NCCU on their football field when he began his campaign trail for the 2008 election. I recorded him at Wilson Beddingfield and at ECU and people had to be turned away. So you have to register early. I videoed his wife Michelle at Rocky Mount Senior High and yes people had to be turned away. So it does not matter there will never be a place that will accommodate everyone who would love to see our President or his wife.

I want to end by saying I have never seen a person being so disrespected as our President. What a sad message it is sending to our children.

Sheriff’s debate draws debate – Proposed admission price an issue; candidates split– Source: The Wilson Times

Local Tea Party members have hit a snag in preparations for a debate they intend to host in September with candidates running for sheriff in Wilson County.

The issue is a proposed admission price.

Democratic candidate Calvin Woodard said he will not participate in the debate if plans stay as the Tea Party have them now.

Note: Now this was worth paying to read The Wilson Times online. I really subscribed so that I could follow this race. I have never heard of such bull manure in all of my years of following politics. Damn no one ever paid me to video candidates forum and I have put them on my online TV http://www.dcntv.org. I strongly feel WHIG-TV is a major supporter of the Tea Partiers/Baggers so therefore this has a funny smell to it.
