Response: This is quite interesting. It appears she is in conflict with the policy. I understand her stand on the issue however I feel very strongly that unless she can find a flaw in the policy that she will not win. I tell people all the time one can get emotional all they want but it is the policies and procedures that must be dealt with because emotions alone is not going to win in cases like this. C.
