Supporters of the Downtown Streetscape project are invited to attend a groundbreaking ceremony at 10 a.m. today at the corner of Northwest Main and Thomas streets.
U.S. Rep. G.K. Butterfield, D-1st District, will be the featured speaker for the event. A reception will follow at Four Seasons Restaurant and Conference Center — the former Carleton House — at 215 N. Church St. (Read more)
