An East Carolina women’s basketball player has been suspended from the team after her arrest New Year’s morning on drunk driving charges.
Shala Hodges is the fifth current or former member of the team to be arrested in less than six months.
Hodges, a 20-year-old guard on the team was charged with DWI early New Year’s Day. The junior guard had started in every game and had been the team’s top scorer. (More)
Note: But why? Underage drinking and then on top of that driving. Young folks when you make ignant choices you must be willing to suffer the consequences.
