NASHVILLE — It will be another week until Nash County Board of Elections officials can declare a winner in the Nash County Board of Commissioners District 6 race.
Republican challenger Doug Starr filed a request with the Nash County Board of Elections office Thursday for a second recount — this time on a sample hand-and-eye basis. Starr is 15 votes shy of Commissioner Mary Wells. (Read more)
