I have been discriminated against by Nash County. Discrimination has no color. I have lived here over 40 years and have seen the take over of my property by knowledgeable people. So called, my people, which is a bunch of baloney. I have letters and disrespect by DOT, the Planning Director, town, and follows a pattern, over the years, of the exact discriminatory actions.
Closed door session named dirt road, and law say you can’t change name without notifying people on said road. I have paper detailing that action.
Law says you can’t maintain a dirt road with less than 3 houses on it, but it was. Law says when your driveway exits on to road that is your address, not my address. A pole was put in my yard illegally. I could go on and on.
Laws are only applicable to the people that respect and follow them. We did, and have for many years, now I will sit in the road,to protest the takeover, of my property.
A dead end dirt road, which was not near my house, IS NOW. and for the developer to use his land, they went through mine. I can prove this, we just had it surveyed. Bear in mine the survey has never changed in the town offices of Nash County. I also have a photo I ran off in 2002, an air photo, missing a house and has misinformation aligning houses incorrectly. Who does these air photos?
I live in the country and years ago Dr. Porter operated on my 5 year old, I also lived next to his brother for many years, until he sold his house and married. Sharing is a universal option and taking over someones land for personal gain is politics.
