TARBORO — This is written I am in support of Dr. Talley’s reconstruction. The changes he wants have been needed for far too long now. Note: I too can relate to the letter writer as she states, “I for one had to "deal" with her a few years back about an event being organized in Tarboro and she was very oppositional and pretty much stood me down and offered no assistance to whatsoever.” I too had a run in with LeFiles over the years. I know of others who have as well. She is not a people person when it comes down to actually dealing with everyday people during meetings and etc. I will not go into further detail because it is not about me on a personal note but about Dr. Talley and the children of Edgecombe County.
