I want to OFFICIALLY ADD A NEW MEANING TO THE WORD HOODWINKING as the way that so called black people are being TRICKED out of their COMMUNITIES!
GENTRITICATION aka "HOODWINKING" when wealthier people ("gentry") acquire property in low income and working class communities .The average income increases and average family size decreases in the community.This results in the poorer native residents of the neighborhood, being unable to pay increased rents, house prices, and property taxes, being displaced.
This is occurring ALL OVER THE UNITED STATES in the areas that surround the downtown areas , business districts and tourists attractions of metropolitan areas.
EVERYTHING from COMMERCE to the POLITICAL CLIMATE will be affected and is at STAKE!
