RALEIGH — Former presidential candidate Herman Cain said he expects the Republican presidential contest to extend well past North Carolina’s May 8 primary and possibly end in a brokered convention.

Still trying to figure out what suppose to make "Big Daddy Herman Cain" so special to me that he should be exempt from criticism? I am black, he is blacker (darker) than I but when it comes to Politics we have nothing in common. He is a REPUBLICAN and I am a DEMOCRAT and that is the DIFFERENCE.

Politics is what it is, either you get in the game or you sit on the sidelines. Either you know what you are getting into or you get in and make yourself look ignant.

It never amazes me how folks bow out of politics and make beautiful speeches that means nothing. Either you are guilty or not guilty and you know.

So if you are not guilty, why get out? If it was me and I know I am not guilty, I be damn if I will get out. When one get out it leaves unanswered questions.

Oh well just saying.

Herman Cain said he is at peace with God, only he and God will ever know that. He said he is at peace with his wife but that can be found out because if they end up separating or getting a divorce then the people will see it.

Damn I hate he suspended his campaign because I just do not believe that Democrats would have crossed the line and voted for him I don’t give a damn how black the brother from another mother is.

Oh well now will continue to wait to see how all of this unfolds.

Susan Archer of ABC News reports that Cain declared at a campaign event in Nashua, New Hampshire: “We need a leader, not a reader.”

Corroborating the reports that this is something Cain…actually…said, Steve Peoples of the Associated Press also reports Cain saying that knowing every detail is not important: “We need a leader, not a reader.” (Read more)
