It was a bad bill from the start. And, I’ve said so many time on a few different radio stations this week across NC. Although I never mentioned the “Constitutionality” of HB 2, I did state that North Carolina, with a 3.5 Billion deficit doesn’t need to spend money on litigating this matter.
