General Marcia Anderson has become the first Black woman to hold the esteemed position of major general in the history of the U.S. Army.
Marcia now holds the third-highest ranking position in the army and will be stationed at the office of the chief of the U.S. Army Reserve in Washington, D.C. (Read more)
