Farmers in Nash and Edgecombe counties whose crops were damaged in Hurricane Irene are now eligible to apply for low-interest federal loans to help recover from the storm.
The loans can be used to pay essential family living expenses and to restore agricultural structures and equipment that have been damaged. (Read more)
