Early voting begins on Monday, October 18 at Independence Regional Library and Matthews Library for District 103 voters.  We need your help at these precincts to represent Ann Newman, as hundreds of local voters head to the polls. 

Will you volunteer your time at one of these polling places between October 18 – October 30?

We have a unique opportunity to reach early voters personally at these precincts…but we need your help!  If you haven’t volunteered your time for Ann Newman, your time to do so is running out!  Get involved now!

I’ve gone toe-to-toe with Elaine Marshall before and know first hand that she is tough, but boy was I impressed with her performance against Senator Burr in last night’s debate. She kept him on the ropes all night, and never backed down – all while sticking to the facts and talking issues.

It was an impressive moment for Elaine. She showed why she is going to win.

But now we need to help her close the deal.

Elaine Marshall laid out clear proposals for creating jobs while Burr bumbled and was exposed as a 16 year Washington politician unwilling to take any responsibility for the problems he created. Burr even said he was “proud” of his vote to bail out the banks, which provided no accountability and allowed CEO’s to award huge bonuses with your tax dollars.

In short, Elaine clearly showed why she’s the better choice – and why she’ll win.

So Is Burr The Helms Of North Carolina?

Burr has big money lead; primary battle hurt Marshall

RALEIGH — Republican Sen. Richard Burr starts the fall Senate race with an overwhelming financial advantage over his Democratic challenger, Elaine Marshall, according to campaign reports filed last week.

Burr reported having $6.3 million in his campaign kitty, compared to Marshall who had $163,195. That gives the incumbent a 38-1 advantage as of June 30, according to reports filed with the Federal Election Commission. (Read more @ News & Observer)

I’ve attached a sample of what’s happening in the Secretary of States (Elaine Marshall’s) office.  It’s unbelievable the money she’s lost our state, and the manner in which she hasn’t done her job since taking office in 1997.  I ran across this while checking out a business, and was shocked at what I found.  I have saved this info on disc I can send you, or can forward it by e-mail if you’re interested.  After learning she was running for the Senate, I just sat and shook my head.  What I’ve attached is a very small example.  My biggest fear is that she has continued to shown many that were years behind as "Current & Active".  To me she has placed us in a liablous position with her incorrect reporting.  Example is AM2PAT who operated in our state for years without filing and was shown as Current & Active…if you’re not familiar with this case, please google it and become aware.  Many died as a result of their contaminated syringes, and it’s possible that the hospitals and suppliers checked them out to determine if they were a good business prior to ordering or buying from them.  There is a class action suit in relation to some of the deceased.  Their product was used by cancer patients, kidney patients, etc., to flush their lines.

 

They started sending notices the last week in Feb. after I stayed on them.  They were still showing those in default as C&A, and again I got on their backs and now they usually show it as "On Notice".

 

 

Am2pat, Inc.  For almost five (5) years you did nothing while they were selling contaminated syringes and killing people, showing them current & active the whole time.  This is a Cert. of Auth. from Illinois that has been dissolved, yet you send a notice for the past due reports when you should have ADM. DISSOLVED THEM YEARS AGO. The owner is on the run and suppossedly has fled the country as a result of the FBI looking for him.
