TARBORO — Owner and Operator of Reflections of Elegance beauty salon, Dorothy Gail Jones-Dickens developed her passion for cosmetology at an early age, and now for 31 years she has continued to do what she loves best.
“This is my ministry,” said Jones-Dickens. “I have a chance to work hands-on and talk to people in the community with different problems and situations. I want to be encouraging to them. Response: I have been knowing Dorothy Gail since the 80’s and her name has been like a household brand. She was also known for her dressing attire especially when local fashion shows used to be hot in Edgecombe County.
