Tamekia Dowdy, a nutrition case worker at the Lee County Department of Social Services, logged on to her computer Tuesday and found an e-mail from Director Brenda Potts. The e-mail, which Potts sent to all staff, warned about not walking away from open computers while auditors were in town. The attached image shook Dowdy. It was a graphic of a man hanging from a tree. (Read more)
