Durham, N.C. — A Durham woman, known for falsely accusing three Duke University lacrosse players of rape in 2006, was arrested on assault charges Sunday.
Durham County jail officials said that Crystal Mangum was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. She is being held without bond. (Read more)
