Carlos Dews is a professor of English Literature and Chairman of the Department of English Language and Literature at John Cabot University in Rome. He writes as a white man raised in a climate of racism here in the United States.

He also writes as a person who has resisted racism and still fights it every chance he gets. What follows is an article Professor Dews wrote in “Aspenia.” (The Italian Journal published by the Aspen Foundation in Italy) Read more @ Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr.

Note: This is one of the better articles I have read about racism. This is very real and I would bet there are millions of stories like this that could be told by our white friends who have experienced this. C. Dancy II – DCN Publisher
