C. B. Daughtridge Republican candidate for Senate District 3 established Flagmarsh Homes which is now named something else

Are you familiar with Flagmarsh Homes in Rocky Mount that was established after the Flood of the Century? I have been told that the houses didn’t have adequate insulation. Black folks were sold these homes and I have been told that the payments ballooned. I heard that many folks were moving out in the middle of the night because they could no longer afford to live there because of the way their payments were set up. So who established Flagmarsh Homes? Daughtridge. I heard that Flagmarsh has a new name, wonder why?

I was told that some black churches were going to do some radio spots for him but I haven’t heard them. I was told one church said that Daughtridge had supported them with money with some things they are trying to accomplish. Well he give them some crumbs and and they are happy as hell. They haven’t seen hell yet if he is voted in. I remember him when he was an Edgecombe County Commissioner. But this pastor do not know him because actually he is not from this area.

Vote for the incumbent Clark Jenkins

Garland Shepheard Republican candidate for House 23

Just because Shepheard sold you a Ford Automobile you do not owe him a damn thing. He had automobiles on his lot for sale and you purchased and paid for it. So what do you owe him? Nothing absolutely nothing since you paid for the automobile the buck should have stopped there. Shepheard’s wife works for Richard Burr US Senator for now because Elaine Marshall is going to send him home.

Vote for the incumbent Joe Pat Tolson

A vote for Daughtridge and Shepheard will give them an opportunity to be a part of the redistricting process which will not be good for Edgecombe County and the other counties they represent.

What to do When a Politician uses Talking Points and has no idea what the Hell he’s talking about

I’ve been an advocate for lower utility been going on 3 years now. There seems to be a pattern with ratepayers as well as  politicians. Here’s an example of the political pattern: C.B. Note: Daughtridge electricity should come from Edgecombe-Martin so he is not directly affected by ElectriCities. So just because he has a Rocky Mount address he do not need to mislead folks to thinking that he gets his electricity from the City of Rocky Mount.

So Bro. George has anyone considered what could be in the November election? It could be 2 white male candidates  incumbent Senator Clark  Jenkins and Daughtridge 2 multi-millionaires vying for a seat that was created to help get a black person elected.

It appears that Bordeaux is a multi-millonaire also so wonder if it was he and Daughtridge in November? But will Democrats jump ship and support the Republican?

If it is Armstrong vs Daughtridge will the Bordeaux campaign rally along with her to beat out Daughtridge in November? I feel that with Armstrong taking the approach that she felt the need to call a press conference talking about dispelling the myth that Bordeaux said she was running to split the vote may work against her.

My question has always been why in the hell would Bordeaux agree to back out of the race when he began campaigning last year making it clear putting up billboards last year? Maybe I am just ignant. LMBAO C. Dancy II – DCN Publisher
