The Nash-Rocky Mount Board of Education voted Monday to relocate Braswell Elementary School students, and also heard from Nash Central Middle School parents who said a number of disruptive events have hindered their children’s academic growth.
District Superintendent Rick McMahon had proposed in May that Braswell Elementary students be moved to Johnson and Pope elementary schools to save money. (Rocky Mount Telegram)
