RALEIGH — The Wake County Board of Elections has declared challenger Michael Schlink the winner of the District 1 seat on the Morrisville Town Council.
Schlink finished with 684 votes, and incumbent Linda Lyons had 681.
The county board reconsidered eight absentee ballots that came in late or without postmarks. (More)
