The black community are in the dark when it comes to what is going on in the school system because the black board members never meet with the black community to let them know what is going on. They campaign they are going to come back to the community tell let us know what is going on but how many meetings have you heard about? My count is at ZERO UNO.
It is past time that we seek folks who will not only be good at conducting business as a board member but we need some who will do it all. You see the board members ought to be the community relations persons.
Now before the board members take offense. Hell yeah I know it is some things that you can’t share with the community however it is a lot of things that can be shared. As long as it is not closed session items and/or personnel items then you can inform us.
