How did Baskerville Elementary School achieve Annual Yearly Progress when the schools around it – O.R. Pope and D.S. Johnson Elementary schools – who have students from the same social and economic families, failed miserably on the same criteria?
There is surely something wrong, especially when the same students, by the tens, transfer in and out – rotating among the three elementary schools every year. (Read more)

Since I follow Edgecombe County Public Schools, I can’t relate to this but if I don’t see a response soon, I will have to contact somebody to see if I can get a response.
