A new basketball franchise is taking shape in Eastern North Carolina, with its home at N.C. Wesleyan College.
Dr. Levonder Brinkley, owner of the franchise Carolina Cats Sports & Entertainment, made the announcement Monday in the college’s Everett Gymnasium that the Eastern Carolina Cougars of the American Basketball Association is being formed in Rocky Mount. (Read more)
