Tarboro, N.C. — Four teenagers were injured early Sunday morning when the car they were in crossed the center line and wrecked in a ditch off N.C. Highway 33 south of Tarboro, State Highway Patrol officials said.
The wreck happened around 4:15 a.m. when the driver of the car, 18-year-old Timothy Suggs, of Rocky Mount, fell asleep at the wheel. The car crossed the center line went on to the grass, flew airborne over a water-filled ditch and crashed on the other side. (WRAL)
